By making a purchase from the Museum Shop (in-store or online via our Shopify store), you agree to the following terms:
1. Sales & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable Florida sales tax. We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods both in-store and online.
2. Member Discounts
Museum members may receive exclusive discounts on eligible merchandise:
- Discounts are valid only with an active membership at the time of purchase
- Discounts may not be combined with other promotions unless stated
- Membership must be verified (in-store or online)
- Discounts have no cash value and are non-transferable
- The Museum reserves the right to modify or discontinue member discounts at any time.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Certain items are final sale, including clearance items and commissioned merchandise.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment unless otherwise stated.
4. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at shop@wmoda.com within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement or full refund.
We will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund consistent with applicable law.
5. Online (Shopify) Sales Terms
For online purchases:
- Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly.
- Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- All online return policies are consistent with Florida consumer protection standards.
6. Privacy & Data Use
We collect customer information (such as name, email, and payment details) for order processing and customer service.
Customers have rights regarding their personal data, including access, correction, and deletion requests under applicable state privacy laws.

Many items sold in the WMODA Museum Shop feature copyrighted artwork, trademarks, or licensed content.
Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

- Indirect or incidental damages arising from product use.
- Delays or failures caused by events beyond our control.
