Returns & Exchanges

• Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.
• Merchandise must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

• The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
• Clearance and commissioned items.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
• If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be provided.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase for a replacement or full refund.

Online Purchases

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or improperly packaged.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in the case of improper packing. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
